SHIPPING INFORMATION
PAULA CADEMARTORI orders are delivered by DHL.
When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Delivery times are estimates and provided as guidelines only. Please note that in some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. During the sale and holiday periods, the large amount of orders can result in longer delivery times.
For security reasons, all paulacademartori.com online purchases require a signature upon delivery. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon entry into the country of destination over which we are unaware. PAULA CADEMARTORI cannot be held accountable for any of these customs duties and import taxes. You should contact your local authorities to take notice of these fees and the respective values that differ from country to country and over which we have no knowledge. It will be your sole responsibility to claim such import charges back from the applicable authority in your country.

RETURNS
PAULA CADEMARTORI has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to our return center for a refund or exchange.
Any claim regarding the delivery of Product(s) must be submitted in 14 days following receipt of the Product(s). The customer must contact the customer service beforehand via info@paulacademartori.com to obtain a “Return Authorization”.
Once you have received the return authorization for your order, you can return the product(s) back to us. No parcel shall be accepted without a return authorization . Returned items must comply with our returns policy: Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached in the branded packaging provided. This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping. When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, whatever the reason. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender. PAULA CADEMARTORI is not responsible for the refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. PAULA CADEMARTORI cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel. Returned parcels for which the Customer’s identification (surname, first name, address and return code) is not possible shall be refused.

After receiving the returned product refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes or tariffs will not be refunded. Once your order has been receipted and inspected please allow 5-10 working days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method. Any delivery costs paid in connection with the order are non-reimbursable or refundable. Moreover, any return delivery and clearance costs incurred by you when returning products are non-reimbursable or refundable.
